I know it’s a crazy concept, but you can always have BOTH. it’s all about moderation.
This! The reason people day don’t eat after 7 or 8 or 9 is because you’re more prone to overeating then. prime binging time. as long as your choices are healthy, it doesn’t matter when you eat.
